This candleholder has an aluminum cup which fit standard (tapered) candles with D22mm. It is handcrafted from sustainably sourced wood, either acacia, gmelina or mahogany acacia wood . Please don’t burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish the flame before it comes too close to the aluminum cup - in order to avoid bladdering of the paint. To remove wax from a candleholder: Put the candleholder in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Thereafter the ice cold wax will not stick to the candleholder and can easily be removed.

All items are shipped from the Netherlands

• 2-5 days delivery in NL and BE
• Shipping is via Post NL or DHL.
• All shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout screen.
• Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders above €65.

Once your order is shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may start the return process:

2. Please ensure that the packaging is well packed and protected from possible damage.

3. Return fees will be covered by you.

The following circumstances/items that are not possible for returns or exchanges:

• Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.
• Items that have been worn or used.
• You cannot exchange sale items
• Gift Cards
• Your order didn’t arrived due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
• Your order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Always Summer
